Nutrient-dense Modified Ketogenic Diet

The majority of calories is derived from ghee (clarified butter), dairy cream, and pure soured cream (crème fraîche) that provide, and help metabolize, the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. Pastured eggs, meat, and fresh fish provide nutrition of complex biological value. Greens provide vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, anti-oxidants, and fiber. One lemon or lime per day, nuts, sesame seeds, sea-weed, and sea salt provide trace minerals and complementary nutrients.
